Job Description
Trinity Financial is seeking a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director to perform personalized administrative duties. In this role, you will handle scheduling meetings, taking notes, and managing correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director. Additional responsibilities include acting as the point of contact between the manager and clients, preparing reports, maintaining organized files, and coordinating travel arrangements.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Administration with at least 2 years of personal assistant experience. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
