Job Description
Nicktech Communication is looking for a driven individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks, calendar management, and communication oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and all forms of correspondence.
- Maintain organized files and records.
- Run personal errands as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Higher National Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
