Job Description
The Building Company is in search of a highly organized and dedicated Personal Assistant to enhance the efficiency of our Line Managers through proficient calendar and schedule management. The role involves overseeing communication and correspondence, coordinating travel and events, and delivering comprehensive administrative support for special projects. We are looking for an individual who can effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities with ease.
Qualifications: A minimum of Grade 12, preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in a personal or executive assistant role. Experience in financial administration is also required.
