Job Description
TeamAce is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Managing Director. In this role, you will manage schedules, handle correspondence, and coordinate meetings to ensure efficient operations and time management.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Managing Director.
- Manage the MD’s calendar and ensure timely appointments.
- Prepare confidential reports and presentations.
- Organize meetings and take minutes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Reside in or near Lekki Phase 1.
- Proactive and resourceful in supporting the MD.
Salary: N150,00 – N180,00/month.
