Job Description

Philban Consulting Ltd is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant/Office Administrator to provide essential support to our Managing Director, who operates remotely. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in software such as Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint.

Key responsibilities include monitoring emails, managing schedules, facilitating supplier registrations, providing administrative support, and upholding exceptional customer service standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month

Qualifications: Preferred Higher National Diploma, a minimum of 1 year experience as an Admin Officer, and residence near Ikeja.
