Job Description

Jobrole Consulting Limited is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant for our office located in the Lekki-Ajah axis. This full-time position offers a competitive salary between 120k and 150k.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for the manager and clients.
• Screen calls and manage the manager’s calendar and travel arrangements.
• Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
• Prepare reports and presentations.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external parties.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a personal assistant.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• OND/B.Sc/HND in any field and 1-2 years in an administrative role.
