Job Description

CIAPP Ventures is seeking a highly skilled and organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). You will manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, handle correspondence, and perform various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include:

• Schedule management and timely reminders
• Coordinating travel arrangements
• Preparation of correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Handling administrative tasks
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinating events and meetings
• Assisting with special projects

Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

Location: Lagos | Salary: NGN 75,00 – 150,00 (Negotiable) | Position: Full Time
