Job Description
Carlcare Development Nigeria Limited is looking for a qualified Senior HR Manager with expertise in Performance Management, Organizational Design, and Skills Audit. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of extensive HR experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance management systems within the organization.
- Lead organization-wide skills audit initiatives.
- Deliver HR analytics reports to senior leadership.
Requirements: Candidates should exhibit strong analytical skills, consulting experience, and hold relevant HR certifications.
