Job Description
Job Summary: OnePort 365 is seeking a People Analyst to drive data-informed HR initiatives that enhance talent acquisition, engagement, and retention within the dynamic digital logistics industry. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that workforce strategies align seamlessly with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR metrics to gain insights into hiring practices, employee engagement, and retention trends.
- Utilize statistical analysis to forecast talent trends and inform strategic decision-making.
- Monitor turnover rates and propose effective retention strategies.
- Support workforce planning efforts through data analytics.
- Maintain HR dashboards to provide real-time insights for management.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required, along with 3-5 years of experience in HR analytics. Proficiency in Excel, HRIS, and data visualization tools is essential.
