Job Description
Prestigious Consulting is on the lookout for a committed HMO / Front Desk Officer to act as the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will oversee HMO-related processes and ensure effective front desk operations to enhance client experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Greet clients warmly, manage inquiries, verify HMO eligibility, register patients, address complaints, and uphold confidentiality standards.
Requirements: OND/HND/B.Sc. in a relevant field, at least 1 year of experience in the healthcare sector, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Salary: N120,00 per month.
