Job Description
Uncle T’s Restaurant is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to manage and operate the pastry section in collaboration with the culinary team. The role requires preparing and presenting a variety of baked goods, decorating pastries attractively, and developing seasonal recipes while staying current with pastry trends.
- Monitor, order, and maintain ingredients, supplies, and equipment
- Consult with customers on custom desserts for special occasions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Identify staffing needs; recruit, train, and supervise team members
Job Type: Full-time. Salary: ₦100,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month.
