Job Description
Join Danone as the Organizational Design & Culture Manager, leading HR transformation initiatives across South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, and Francophone countries. You will craft a Sub-Saharan Transformation agenda to enhance business performance while overseeing strategies to foster a positive and collaborative company culture.
Your role will include managing fixed costs, leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and nurturing cultural values essential for our organization.
We seek candidates with a completed HR-related degree and over 10 years of experience in a similar role within Sub-Saharan Africa.
