We are seeking a motivated Order Fulfillment Coordinator to oversee the complete order processing lifecycle, including packaging and customer delivery confirmation. This role will involve managing inventory, ensuring a high success rate for payment-on-delivery transactions, and collaborating with our warehouse team for optimal product handling.
Your key responsibilities will encompass maintaining accurate inventory records, managing relationships with delivery partners, and implementing quality control measures. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree, possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, exhibit strong analytical skills, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
