Job Description
St. Luke’s Hospital, Asaba, invites applications for a full-time Optometrist to join our eye care team in Delta State. Reporting to the Chief Medical Director and working closely with the Consultant Ophthalmologist, you will perform comprehensive eye examinations, diagnostic testing, prescribe and fit corrective lenses, provide patient education, support vision therapy, supervise clinical activities, and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Requirements: O.D. degree; minimum 2 years clinical experience post-NYSC; registration with the Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians Registration Board of Nigeria; valid practicing license; NYSC discharge or exemption.
- Skills: computer proficiency, strong clinical decision-making, and willingness to reside in or relocate to Asaba.
