Job Description
Excellent Jobs is excited to announce an opening for an Operations / Shift Manager at a prestigious hotel in Ikoyi, Lagos. This full-time role involves overseeing daily operations during designated shifts, effectively managing staff, resolving customer inquiries, and upholding productivity and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Hotel Management or Business Administration, possess 5-7 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
The salary range for this position is N180,00 – N220,00 per month.
