Job Description
TeamAce Limited, a reputable partner in the beauty and wellness industry, is seeking an Operations Manager for our location in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
In this role, you’ll oversee salon operations, ensuring high service standards, hygiene, and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include coordinating shifts, managing inventory, and preparing weekly reports on operational metrics.
We require a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or salon operations. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
The salary ranges from ₦300,00 to ₦350,00 monthly, with basic HMO coverage and performance bonuses.
