Job Description
Condo 44 is looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our luxury short-term rental properties in Lagos. This full-time role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience and a degree in a related field.
The ideal candidate will manage property listings on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com, respond to guest inquiries, oversee check-ins and check-outs, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance services, and promptly address any guest complaints. Exceptional customer service skills and familiarity with property management software are crucial for success in this role.
Salary is competitive, ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00, depending on experience.
