Job Description
The Operational Manager is responsible for the overall operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable business processes while maintaining high-quality standards of service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a luxury service industry, preferably
within the beauty or hospitality sectors.
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong understanding of inventory management and salon operations.
Experience with marketing, business development, and customer acquisition strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Financial acumen and the ability to manage operating costs effectively.
Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make decisions as if running the business
High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and salon management software

Pay: ₦500,00.00 – ₦600,00.00 per month
