Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Executive to deliver accurate and timely operational services within the Interswitch Network. This role involves managing routine operations, including pre-processing, real-time processing, dispute management, and post-transaction activities.

Responsibilities Include:

• Settlement computation and collation of switched transactions.
• Billing for processed transactions and services.
• Dispute resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Report delivery, including daily settlement reports and analytical summaries.
• Monitoring and reporting of airtime stock balance.

Requirements:

• BEng. / BSc. degree.
• 0 – 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in EFT and/or accounting principles is a plus.
