Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations and Partnership Associate to support daily operations, cultivate and manage partner relationships, coordinate projects, and optimize internal processes. Responsibilities include partner onboarding, ongoing communication, performance tracking and reporting, and basic budgeting support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, capable of working in a fast-paced team while driving operational efficiency.
- 1–3 years’ experience in operations or partnerships
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Excel
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
