Job Description

BrandDrive is searching for a proactive Operations & Admin Staff member to strengthen our daily operations. This multifaceted role encompasses administrative management, HR support, customer service, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and adept at managing a variety of responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support and assist in the hiring process.
  • Track deliverables and oversee workflows.
  • Coordinate with various departments and support the onboarding process.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 1-2 years of experience in operations or HR. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace are essential.
