Job Description

Virginrose Resorts seeks a full-time Operations Manager with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience to enhance systems, supervise departments, and elevate service standards. The role requires resolving operational bottlenecks, enforcing safety and regulatory compliance, and overseeing inventory, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Qualifications: degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field; proven operations management experience.
• Skills: strong organizational and communication abilities; proven capacity to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Location: must reside in or be willing to work in Lagos.
• Compensation: from ₦100,00/month, plus accommodation, staff meals, and welfare benefits.
