Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Service Representative to join The Candid Solutions team. This position will primarily manage website orders and customer complaints, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for online customers.
Requirements:
- Experience in online customer service, preferably in e-commerce or fashion.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and resolve complaints.
- Handle refunds, exchanges, and returns.
