Job Description
Turbo Maple International Limited is looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to enhance our delivery operations in Lagos. This full-time role involves monitoring rider activities, coordinating motorcycle maintenance, and facilitating communication between riders and customers to ensure efficient and reliable delivery services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track the real-time location and delivery status of riders.
- Proactively communicate with riders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and customers.
- Schedule and oversee regular maintenance for company motorcycles.
- Maintain logs of rider performance and delivery schedules.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SSCE or OND qualification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to ride a motorcycle is highly advantageous.
