Job Description

StreSERT Services Limited is seeking a dedicated Medical and Quality Assurance Nurse to support our Healthcare Management Organization (HMO). In this role, you will resolve enrollees’ inquiries and ensure swift complaint resolution. Your responsibilities will include logging interactions for management analysis, following up on specific cases, and vetting bills from healthcare facilities.
Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, be a registered and licensed practitioner, with at least 2 years of professional experience. Additional training in primary health care and midwifery is a plus.
