Job Description
Hogan Guards seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and grow our security services portfolio. You will manage the full sales cycle—prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing contracts—maintain CRM data, run virtual and in-person meetings, prepare proposals, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery. Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and strategic partners.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field; 3+ years in business development within security or related sectors; strong knowledge of Nigeria’s security industry.
- Compensation: Monthly salary plus commission. Full-time role.
