Job Description
Siliconware Precision Industries Co. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee staff and equipment operations. The ideal candidate will confirm operational standards, respond to internal and external quality exceptions, and ensure compliance with product specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff and manage output deficiencies.
- Assist in handling quality exceptions.
- Ensure proper communication across job sites.
- Monitor work discipline and adherence to 6S standards.
Location: Taiwan
Working Hours: Night Shift (19:00 – 07:00)
Salary: Starting at 43,00 TWD per month
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Language: Basic Chinese/Mandarin required
