Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute commercial breeder farming tasks.
- Oversee farm operations and set objectives.
- Ensure a minimum of seven production cycles annually.
- Maintain average body weight of 2kg per bird in 4.5 weeks.
- Manage feed conversion ratio (FCR) and mortality rates.
- Follow SOPs for farm operations and maintenance.
- Maintain staff morale and oversee training.
- Ensure bio-security and farm presentation.
- Monitor KPIs and lead expansion efforts.
Requirements:
- B.Sc / HND in Animal Science or related field.
- 7+ years of experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
