Job Description

Femaus Consults is seeking a Managing Director for our client, a newly licensed Microfinance Bank in Abuja (FCT). The bank is supported by a reputable board and aims to excel in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring market trends, building stakeholder relationships, overseeing financial performance, and possessing a strong understanding of the microfinance industry.

Major Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 10+ years of senior leadership in banking, proven strategic planning experience, strong grasp of banking regulations, and exceptional leadership skills. MCP certification is mandatory.
