Job Description
Class Suites Hotels & Apartments, with properties in Lagos and near the airport, seeks a full-time Maintenance Officer based in Ikeja. The role involves preventive maintenance and inspections of air conditioning units, generators, and pumps; diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems; and performing carpentry, painting, and general upkeep.
- Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests and monitor fire alarm and safety systems.
- Supervise maintenance staff, coordinate contractors, maintain maintenance logs, and report major equipment needs.
- Qualifications: SSCE and 3–5 years of relevant experience.
