Job Description
Spronks Creations Limited is seeking a skilled Maintenance and Facility Officer who specializes in MEP and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, fire safety, plumbing, security, and alarm systems, with the ability to maintain and resolve operational challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Perform repair and maintenance of equipment and assets.
- Plan and schedule regular maintenance.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct team training.
Requirements:
