Job Description

BashleeNG is seeking a responsible full-time Lounge Supervisor for our Eleyele Poly Road, Ibadan location. Salary: ₦100,00 per month.

Key duties: supervise staff, uphold service standards and ambiance, manage inventory and daily reports, enforce company policies, resolve customer concerns, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards while delivering excellent customer service.

• Minimum SSCE required; OND/HND advantageous.
• Prior hospitality supervisory experience, strong leadership, clear communication, and solid problem-solving skills.
• Must be flexible for evening and weekend shifts.
