Job Description
Kenex Konsults International is looking for a seasoned Lounge Manager to oversee daily operations at our prestigious lounge located in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, leading a dedicated team, and driving growth within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities: Manage staff, uphold exceptional service standards, oversee inventory, develop marketing strategies, ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, and effectively address customer concerns.
Qualifications: A B.Sc. or HND in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field, combined with 3-5 years of experience in hospitality or lounge management.
