Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lounge Manager for a premium brand in Victoria Island, Lagos. Salary: ₦150,00–₦180,00/month. Full-time, permanent role with immediate start.
- Supervise daily lounge operations; ensure service excellence and hygiene standards.
- Train, schedule and lead staff; manage performance under pressure.
- Resolve guest complaints; coordinate bar, kitchen and service teams.
- Control costs, manage inventory and implement promotions.
Requirements: Minimum 2+ years as a Lounge/Bar Manager or Hospitality Supervisor, strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, organized and results-driven. Available to start immediately; please include a brief summary of relevant experience.
