Job Description
Snappy Credit Limited is seeking a motivated Loan Recovery Agent to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. This is a full-time position focused on managing the recovery of overdue loans.
Responsibilities include:
- Contacting customers daily/weekly about their overdue loans.
- Following up on payment redemption dates.
- Advising on payment options and negotiating plans.
- Reporting customer feedback accurately.
Requirements: SSCE/OND/HND/B.Sc with 0-1 year of experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Smartphone required.
