Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Field Credit Officers for repayment follow-ups.
• Clarify details regarding repayments and interest.
• Monitor loans in default.
• Approve loan requests at the Portfolio Manager level.
• Address customer inquiries about loan repayments.
• Track and support businesses with low turnover.

Qualifications:

• OND in a business-related discipline.
• 2+ years in credit risk or field verification is a plus.
