Job Description
Location: Bourdillon Breakfast & Fries, Abuja
We are looking for a dedicated and talented Line Cook / Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and plating while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and meal presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to Bourdillon’s established recipes.
- Supervise kitchen staff and uphold cleanliness and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in training new kitchen personnel.
- Ensure timely meal service during peak hours.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: ₦100,00.00 – ₦120,00.00 per month
