Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file legal documents, including deeds, contracts, lawsuits, and appeals.
- Conduct research and analyze legal issues.
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
- Experience in legal drafting.
- Knowledge of corporate and real property law.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- CAC accredited.
