Job Description
We seek a seasoned Legal Counsel to support high-value investment banking transactions, including M&A, IPOs, and debt and equity offerings. The role involves drafting and negotiating transaction documents, leading due diligence, managing legal risk, ensuring regulatory and securities compliance, and coordinating with deal teams, clients, and external counsel.
- Requirements: law degree and bar admission;
- 5+ years’ experience in investment banking or a top law firm;
- excellent drafting and negotiation skills; deep knowledge of securities and corporate law;
- strong communication and ability to perform under tight deadlines; cross-border experience preferred.
