Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Legal Advisor with expertise in property law, contracts, and compliance to manage our land, client, and partner transactions effectively. In this role, you will be responsible for structuring legally robust real estate transactions that endure over time.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and oversee legal documents.
- Provide guidance on property acquisitions and sales.
- Ensure adherence to real estate regulations.
- Manage legal disputes as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law; BL qualification necessary.
- 4-6 years of experience in real estate law.
- Exceptional negotiation and analytical skills.
Salary: N200,00 – N250,00 Monthly.
