Job Description
Growthcode Consulting is seeking a full-time Learning Support Teacher to design individualized learning plans, assess student strengths and learning styles, and provide targeted subject and study-skill instruction. The teacher will monitor progress, mentor students, maintain confidential records, and collaborate with parents and school staff to promote inclusive, equitable learning outcomes.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field; proven experience in student support.
- Key skills: counseling, academic planning, crisis intervention, teamwork, problem-solving, organization, strong communication, and dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Locations & salary: Ikate, Lekki (Mon & Fri) and Mada, Ogun (Tue–Thu; staff bus provided). Salary ₦200,00–₦250,00 per month.

Requirements
