Job Description
Oaks & Acorns Montessori School Abuja is in search of a dedicated and caring Shadow Teacher to provide personalized support to a child in our Montessori environment. The successful candidate will assist with classroom activities, help develop the child’s social and academic skills, and promote independence while honoring the Montessori philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer individualized support during classroom activities.
- Facilitate the child’s academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Encourage independence while ensuring classroom harmony.
Qualifications: A minimum of NCE, ND, HND, or a degree in Education is preferred; experience with children is essential; strong communication skills are a must.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₦60,00 – ₦80,00/month | Location: Abuja
