Job Description
WorkNigeria is seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Specialist to organize and manage training programs and materials effectively within budgetary limits. You will collaborate with department managers to assess training needs, design impactful materials, and monitor trainee progress.
Requirements include a degree in Business Administration or a related field, 2+ years of experience, and HR certification is a plus. Experience in manufacturing and FMCG sectors is desirable.
Salary: N200,00 – N300,00 Monthly.
