Job Description
Workforce Group is seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Specialist to join our team in Lekki Phase 1. This full-time role focuses on the design, delivery, and assessment of educational programs that significantly enhance workforce skills. Key responsibilities include developing compelling training materials, facilitating engaging training sessions, and tailoring solutions in collaboration with various teams.
Qualified candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related discipline, with at least three years of experience in Learning & Development or Human Resources. Preferred certifications include CIPM, ATD, or SHRM.
