Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables and portioning ingredients.
- Help prepare ingredients according to chef instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes and cleaning surfaces.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in maintaining a sanitized food preparation area.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Assistant
- Strong kitchen practices and multitasking ability
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- National Diploma in catering or related fields
