Job Description
Puff and Glaze Ltd, located in Lagos, is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will support kitchen operations through food preparation, uphold hygiene standards, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs with food preparation and ingredient management.
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations.
- Keep the kitchen environment clean and orderly.
- Monitor ingredient inventory and inform supervisors of any shortages.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with food safety standards.
