Job Description
Whoosh Logistics is actively looking for a dedicated Key Account Officer to cultivate and manage relationships with our esteemed clients. This role requires a proactive, client-focused professional who excels at building trust, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering business growth through effective account management. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary liaison for clients, developing robust relationships, monitoring deliveries, addressing issues, and identifying upselling opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and have 1-2 years of experience in customer relations or sales, preferably within the logistics or e-commerce industries. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this position.
