Job Description
Stage School is seeking a dedicated Junior Personal Assistant (PA) to provide support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily activities for a small group of children outside the school, ensuring that all their needs are addressed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and organize engaging activities for children.
- Coordinate schedules, lessons, and events.
- Order and manage supplies effectively.
- Support the Managing Director with various tasks.
- Maintain precise records.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
