Job Description
We are seeking an IT Support Technician to maintain hardware and software, troubleshoot user issues, configure and deploy workstations, support local networks, and document resolutions. This role provides both on-site and remote assistance in a fast-paced office environment.
- Requirements: Associate degree or equivalent experience; minimum 1 year in technical support; familiarity with Windows and macOS; basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS); experience with helpdesk/ticketing tools; strong communication skills.
- Preferred: CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification.
Reliable problem-solver with a customer-service focus and clear documentation habits is preferred.
