Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain user accounts, perform system updates, and document resolutions. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of hands-on experience, strong proficiency with Windows and macOS, basic networking knowledge, and familiarity with Active Directory and common helpdesk tools. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft credentials are a plus.
